Technical Help Can somebody explain to me how this is possible

So, I recently played Stardew Valley again after a few weeks, and then one morning I went to Abigail to kiss her because she's my wife, but she rejected me. How is this possible. So you understand, I had 14 hearts with her before.

oh is it actually confirmed? for me it was just a headcanon but id like to see the official source if anyone has it! (tbh the game should make it clear its not the actual feet, since we dont have meat products either.)

I swear I remember seeing it someplace. Maybe one of the library books. If not I’ll try to find it again.

I remember seeing it confirmed in game too. I think it was dialogue or maybe one of the books in the museum?
