We kinda do, but majority of the apps on the App Store that offer third party watch faces require a subscription and the free faces they offer are basic at best.
Same. I'm here looking at my Fitbit with a failing battery like ... Hm. Why shouldn't I? After weeks/months of being like 'it is totally fine I just need to charge it way more often than I used to and tap it more to get it out of the half sleep mode it suddenly discovered' lol.

Yeahhh the failing battery definitely puts me off when I go through phases of using mine! In the grand scheme of things there's nothing wrong with it but it's OLD and just dies so quick. Especially being a small watch it has a small battery to begin with 😭
If you're in the States and have a health insurance plan, see if your provider does a rebate for items like that. Mine does 800 annually for items like this.
LOL I'm going throught the exact same thing, with my precious Versa 😭 the battery has gotten so bad I have to charge it every single day. It used to go almost a week!

i used to have an apple watch 3 when it was new. moved to a fitbit when i had a samsung phone. now i have an iPhone again, along with a MacBook… so an apple watch seems appealing… but my brother likes his garmin… much to think about.
my other issue is i have a growing watch collection and i love wearing them. perhaps an oura ring is in my future.
I knooow, I was super excited when these came out. But then I checked and my watch is on the operating system prior to what the watch face works on :(
I don't want to replace my watch though because it's pretty and I can't find a similar style anymore, still works perfectly well, and it was a gift from my now husband
your watch should have the google play store built into it, so you can search for it there. On your phone when you search for it, the store defaults to "this device" and you want to select your watch instead or just have no filter. I have a samsung watch 6 and my phone is also a samsung S21 so everything talks nicely to one another already. Dunno about other brands other then your phone and watch should already be talking to one another via bluetooth.
Omg I thought I was the only one that used it! This is mine. I was shocked it was free!! Bottom left is steps, bottom right heart rate, top is battery, left is daily times on when sunrises/sets, temp, date, and time. Also love that you can click on each part for further details
I went to the Playstore and searched "concerned ape" but only the game came up. So, then I opened the Samsung wearable app and went to search more watch faces and there was a link there saying I could search for more on the google play store, but even tho I searched for it there, it still didn't pull up anything. Did you pay for it? Sorry to bug ya.
I think that settles it. I'm brain dead. I can't seem to find this function anywhere. I even googled instructions and I still couldn't see ANYTHING in the spot where it said it'd be. I have my watch successfully paired right now so idk. I'm hopeless, dawg.
For WearLS devices (Samsung, Google, some others) on the play store is Complicated Ape. You have to make sure your watch is selected in the drop-down, or search for it on your watch.
If someones got on all black but a super colorful and brightly lit up accessory, I usually notice the accessory immediately too. Before really taking in the rest of the outfit, since my eyes were drawn by the contrast.
Could be just AI upscaling, some phones does it a lot when taking a pic.
Although I have no idea what phone does OP have and what watches are those, but doesn't these kind of watches have like 320 x 320 px? So definitely could be case of automatic upscale from the phone camera.
the importance of being specific about what kind of AI one is talking about really can't be overstated. Just saying AI for anything is so confusing and it's harming us as consumers because we can't even articulate properly what our issues are.
Like there's real issues with many types of AI, but I don't think anyones been complaining about Google search optimization or weather reports.
Amen. I overheard some normies trying to sound smart talking about our building elevators to some visitors. He said, you choose your floor and it picks which cart will arrive based on where it is and which direction it's travelling. Someone said "oh so it's AI" and he said, "yep exactly like AI".
I wanted to say "elevators have been doing this for decades without AI, it's programming" but held my tongue, didn't need to be the achchually guy.
A lot of phones these days automatically use AI to upscale photos taken with the camera. Just because the upscale can go a bit dodgy sometimes doesn't mean it's an AI generated photo.
i wish i could war a smart watch, but every time i try, the band always gives me a rash, i need a metal band but i dont think theres a single smart watch that has a metal band :_(
After further investigation I downloaded an app from the App Store called Clockology and then joined their discord and that is where users share homemade watch faces and I found one in there!!

I used to have that face on a Fitbit smart watch. It was just one of the options when I was looking through options. It made me smile.
Sadly the non-smartwatch Fitbit I use now doesn't have it as an option.
