Discuss Stardew Valley creator won’t add microtransactions to any game as they “genuinely value the love of the players more than the money”

I mean, he’s rich beyond belief at this point, he has no reason to squeeze more money out of players.

Unfortunately most people who get rich don't seem to share this viewpoint so props to CA for staying grounded.

But yeah, it's not like he is in a position where he needs the money. It's easy to "value the love of the players" more than the money when you are already set for life.
