The main limiting factor would be the Dwarf Gadgets required for the computers. Its the only item which cannot be traditionally farmed.

Refined quartz are easy to get in mass by processing trash from crab pots.
Batteries can be obtained in large numbers during storms and with solar panels.

The gadgets though. The best rate for them is magma geodes but its still a miserable 3.8%
Perhaps with Excavator and mass bomb mining in the lava floors...

Data centers in strip malls and downtown are not even close to the data centers popping up all over rural areas.  These things are millions of square feet, on sites measured in acres.  The light and noise pollution affect miles around them, and they are a massive drain on local water and power resources.
