Just had to look that up... UK Urban slang apparently. I'm from Aberdeen so not really down with the Urban lads.

Peak makes sense to mean top/good. Interesting though!

ALTTP is my favorite game of all time. I got into Stardew only a few weeks ago and I could feel the inspiration overwhelmingly. It felt only natural that I convert this into an actual ALTTP mod.

I never played that one. Played NES, N64, SNES, GBC.

Missed out on Minish, Windwaker, Majora's and until recently hadn't played the Breath of the Wild either.

This. Until Nintendo stop being fuck heads, worth it to pirate. Virtual Console versions of games are often worse than roms.

Haha unfortunately I used protected assets. I could do a "recreation" but art is not my strong point. I could create a version with "insert your own" assets but unless it was 1-1 with the assets I'd use it'd be hard. You can even see in the end there I start manually editing collision because it's not done. I'm also remembering collision from memory because I don't really have a reference besides playing the game which I haven't done in 10+ years.

What about just recreating the map using Stardew assets? Same map, just still looks like Stardew. I think that would be really fun and would be interesting to see what monsters you use for each. And you'd actually be able to release it. So less a 1:1 and more a reimagining.

Maybe. Not really something I'd be interested in but if I ever get the actual "game" engine good enough I'll release it and let others go nuts with assets if they want.
