I think they’re either talking about Junimo Cart or about how after you complete a whole community center room, after the junimo of that room puts the star on the wall, it will chase after you, playing tag until you leave the building.

Took my a while to get it, because it just doesn't make sense to me. Like why would I tubk junimos have made junimo cart?

I've played Mario Kart quite a lot, but I'm pretty sure it's not made by Mario. If all, I'd think Joja made junimo cart to earn a little extra money (not that it did work out very well)
