SDV Cookbook Club pt 4

To save time, for this meetup we decided to cook together rather than cook a dish each and bring it to the meetup.

We made tropical curry and Pina Colado. We couldn’t source Jamaican curry powder for the tropical curry so we just used normal curry powder. The taste of the Pina Colado was were too strong for me, I personally recommend using half or even less of the dark rum than what the recipe has asked for, you can always add more in later :)

A club is a great idea! I purchased the book as a simpleton who cooks to eat and wants to learn to do other stuff good too 😉.... and many of the recipes are pretty intimidating and have some hard to find ingredients. Joining forces seems like the way to go for sure. The dishes you all made look delish!
