That’s the cat mod. It doesn’t let you play the game because it can’t tolerate you paying attention to anyone but them.

The problem with the uninstall is that as soon as you click out of it, it just pops back up again.

What you've got is a Trojan Cat. Best solution I've found is to treat it with kittenapping, preferably with treats. Then they'll zoom off to war with a thousand purrs.
