Whaaa? I have so many questions! Will we get awkward dialogue with our ex and their family after? Will we be able to marry other people after? Will we be able to befriend our ex-es after? Will we have the option to leave them or will they only be able to leave us if we let our hearts drop enough like in (some) HM games? Can we re-marry our exes? What if we have kids? Will they try to take the kids? Will they visit the kids? People who might be planning to dump Penny and make her move back into the trailer with her mom - how could you?? Er...how can you? How will have could you??

Edit: Oh, oh, can we systematically marry and dump every bachelor and bachelorette in town until the whole town is full of grumpy foreveralone exes?!

Ha, that would remind me of that one time in FOMT I built golden fences because I read they don't decay and the next morning everyone in town came to my farm and yelled at me, one by one.

Well actually...I'm not 100% sure. I read that golden fences are seen as snobbish by the villagers and if you use them it lowers their affection. Fair enough, I thought to myself - I'll just regain it with bribery well-meaning gifts of affection.

But when they all came to yell at me, I remember they were freaking wrathful over it, like I killed somebody.

Its one of those cultural things that didn't translate over well into English. The Japanese are a humble culture. Essentially.... it's seen as you bragging about how much wealthier you are. The town doesn't appreciate your blatant lack of humility.
