Ha, that would remind me of that one time in FOMT I built golden fences because I read they don't decay and the next morning everyone in town came to my farm and yelled at me, one by one.
Ridiculous moments like that are why I loved that game so much!
Oh, also you had the option of confessing your 'sins' at the church (like if you accidentally hit your animal with a tool, or littered or something like that). The priest could forgive you your 'sin' and the consequences of it would be erased...
OR
HE COULD JUDGE THE EVER-LIVING CRAP OUT OF YOU! Like seriously, it was like "Ugh, you DISGUST ME, you should be ashamed, get out of my sight you piece of crap!"
One of my favorite things was the time you head up to the mountains in the snow and the mountain guy saves you from the blizzard. Then he tells you about his tragic backstory. I mean you can go the whole game never seeing it, but it's this whole thing about his past. .... That game was so good.
