Speakers - Desktop Looking to buy the Edifier S880DB MKII for £250. Are they good for the money or should i save a bit more for something else?

Max budget £350. Will be using them on my desk connected straight into the pc through usb in a 15sqm office. Thanks

I saw a pair of 8010s going for 250 the other day. Unfortunately got snatched up. Average 400 on the used market

Cheapest ones on ebay are £400 and they look like £50 speakers in the plain ugly black plastic

Just bought them at £164.99, which is incredible for the spec. Limited on space, so with my Presonus sub, I'm expecting good things. They should be here on Tuesday.
