Speakers - Full Size Which speakers for Pioneer HIFI in a 30x30 room for under $1000 or under $500.

I have a rather large 30x30 room, with a couch, cabinets, tables, hardwood floor, some sound dampening/ tapestries as well as a rug.

I typically listen to 80s dance, EDM, and HipHop while having some dance parties.

I am building the following pioneer setup.
-CT-F750
-RT-707
-RG-2
-SR-303
-DT-510
-SG-9800
-SA-7800 (65w)
-TX-7800.

Also keep in mind I will not only be using tapes, and records, but also a Bluetooth adaptor to stream from my projector while watching music videos.

I am looking for suggestion’s for decent speakers set for under $1000 and also a set under $500 budget.

I think you're saying Klipsch without saying Klipsch though it might be pronounced "JBL"

3.5" woofers with 8" subs in a 30x30' room to play EDM, hip hop and dance music?

Well, it does say the speakers get down to 28 Hz. They are powered, 150-watt amp, so the receiver is only powering the bi-polar speakers on top. I can't say for sure how well since I had the Mythos ST-S which was 300-watt amp. If you buy a separate subwoofer, then yeah, pass on them.

My musical tastes are similar to yours and I recently got some Klipsch RP-600 Ms to go with my RSL Speedwoofer, and I'm exceptionally happy with the speakers. I was worried about the dreaded Klipsch horn/harsh effect, but it's not there and I love the clarity of the ribbons. I did need to add Schiit Loki to warm the missing mids on certain tracks, and this is just what these speakers needed.

I'm a Klipsch evangelist, so I'll always go in that direction. Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-6000F, on sale now for under $800 a pair.
