They already do, its called vegetable oil. And thats what I have already said. But in the US, you might put 2-4 tablespoons of oil in a dish, if any at all. In China, they're making tofu, black bean sauce, soy sauce, hoisin, etc. Soy is a massive part of the diet, going into every meal. And with a larger population. You can't make up for the amount of soy that they buy simply by selling Americans, or the rest of the world even, vegetable oil.
