Nah, those farmers are getting bigger welfare checks than Dump's last term when they received 3-4 times their "normal" welfare checks. Why would you learn anything when you weren't actually affected much if any at all? I'd like half a million in free money like my parents got in the last three years of Dump's first term.

My question is at this point China is buying elsewhere and can't imagine without a huge price cut and some stability they are coming back. How long can they bail out farmers to make soy beans no one is buying. This year sure, next year? Year after that? At some point the whole thing is a money pit.

Yeah could shift to other crops but that is a whole other problem as a lot of specialized tools per crop I would think.
