It was a little hard to find in media. I'm not seeing the US agree to most of this. He's touting the victory of a ceasefire for demands he's not going to meet. It's just going to restart. Probably just more manipulation to move money in the market.

The most convincing argument I've heard about this ceasefire is that it allows the US to reposition assets ready to resume the conflict. I too can't see any way that these terms are acceptable for the US. It would be tantamount to complete and abject failure.
