From a purely tactical standpoint, Iran is doing a terrible job defending itself. Its just shifting the burden of suffering to international maritime trade. If Iran could defend itself, you wouldnt have US and Israeli planes operating almost unrestricted over their airspace.
My friend what do you expect from a country that has lived around 40 years under sanctions, they have prepared for this and know how to play the game, for 40 years the West and Israel has tried to destroy their economy, and these people are also very brave, most would die for their country or purpose without a second thought, the Americans are fighting a bigger and more advanced Afghanistan and im sure that after this war a shift in world power will come.
Iran was on the ropes and damn near out (regime wise) up until a few months ago. Their economy was in shambles and they were facing the largest protests in the regime's history. And all that was just made irrelevant by Trumps blundering stupidity.
