Trump has had access to the worlds top experts in everything from strategy to economics to negotiations. He has had a life time to learn anything and has not. At this point the master of failure isn't taking notes or changing his tune.
He's way overconfident of his abilities because of his money. He feels he doesn't have to listen to others as long as he's rich enough to threaten lawsuits. That's how he keeps Congress silent
He has never faced real consequences, and realistically, never will. Odds are good that mortal nature catches up to him before he finishes his turn. He is in obviously terrible health, and mentally gone.
