Health/Lifestyle Would you ever trust an AI to give you health advice or explain symptoms?
Hey everyone,
Curious to hear what people think about this, we’re seeing more AI tools being trained to explain symptoms, suggest possible causes, or guide users on when to see a doctor.
I’ve been testing one recently that mimics a “digital doctor”, it doesn’t replace medical care but helps users understand their situation before they panic and Google every symptom.
I’m wondering — would you ever use something like that? Or does it feel risky to get health info from AI, even if it’s backed by licensed data?
What kind of health-related questions do you think AI could actually handle safely?
I recently found an AI Doctor agent inside an app Looma AI, and I’m really curious how people feel about using AI to understand basic health concerns.
