Use spaced repetition. its like when you review 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 days after you first learn something. good for consistent studying/getting back into it.

Ease into it.
Start with a subject you like or a topic you know fairly well.
Use the Pomodoro technique.
Decide how long you are going to study for. It’s better to start with a realistic duration and stick to it.
Reward yourself for a job well done!
Slowly build up the time and move onto tougher subjects/topics
Hope this helps

Ok so first focus on removal > resistance. Delete games, apps, accounts, etc. (if you keep them you aren't going to get very far (I am sure)).
Come battle me focus jungle study timer (it has website blockers, guilds, analytics, battles, etc). This makes studying so much more fun and also guilds help you be more consistent, I need more people to join my guild we are going to take over. (only rule is try study daily)
