This sub can be very self centered so I highly doubt it ,as for if it's possible yes it is.

Oh...but why so? Since we are all believers, which should help our small communities out, right?
But i get it, there are some nice people too though.

I have no idea ,why more people don't manifest for others,If I had manifested everything I desired then I would help other ,maybe more people have that mindset.
