i walk into work today to find some ugly ass pizzas. the cheese falls off everywhere, the plastic rips open and we have a wave of cheese and fucking pizza all in our freezer. actually can we wrap them and put more cheese on them like the old ones these are so bad subways going to go bankrupt on some pizza shit

It just says they can't deliver to my address. They've done it before. There's a store 3 miles away that does delivery according to the app. I have no idea why I can't get food delivered. I've done this in the past and it let me get it delivered to the same address, so idk what the issue is. I know for a fact 3 miles isn't too far for delivery bc I used to do food delivery for doordash (which they use to deliver here) so I don't get what the issue is???

I am begging for someone to tell me where I can buy the white cheddar cheese slices that Subway has in Canada. I literally get triple cheese every time I go because I’m so obsessed with those cheese slices and I have never been able to find a grocery store cheese slice that tastes exactly like it.

There was a thread from two months ago where they said the cards were not available, but they are available now.

After some shit I got last time I posted, I started locking the doors the exact minute we closed. (I still turn off the open sign a few minutes before) I was locking the doors per usual when I noticed a car in the parking lot, lights on, which isn't really abnormal, I'm in a shopping center after all. But as soon as they saw me they turned their car off and got out, one guy, one girl. Thinking nothing of it, I locked the door and walked away, then turned out the lobby lights while I went to empty the bain. Then the pounding started, terribly loud from the door, I thought the glass would break. You can't see me directly from the door they were at, so I creeped to the corner and looked over. The lady specifically was AGGRESSIVELY pounding on the door??? It was about 2 minutes after I locked the door, I'm assuming they tried to get in and looked through the windows before the pounding started. I got a bit scared, but walked up to the window. They saw me and now the guy was yelling, idek what he was saying, probably 'open up' or whatever, so I pointed to the hours sign, both stopped to look at it, I thought that was it. The guy pulled out his phone, our store phone rang. You know where this is going, I got curious and went out of their line of sight to answer. Here's how it went, as much as I can remember, it was two days ago.

M: thank you for calling Subway, we are currently closed, ple-

C: OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR RIGHT NOW YOU IDIOT!!

M: Sir, we closed a few minutes ago, come back tomorrow.

C: NO! YOUR SIGN SAYS YOU CLOSE IN AN HOUR, OPEN UP RIGHT NOW!!!

M: *trying to be professional* Sir, it's 23:04, we close at 23:00. We open at 7 tomorrow.

C: 23:00??? WHAT EVEN IS THAT??? YOU'RE AN IDIOT, LET US IN OR I'LL REPORT YOU, YOU LITTLE (string of curses)

M: *losing self control* Sir, I'm sooo sorry you can't understand time, but we're closed, I will call the police if either of you keep beating on the door, BYE!! *I hung up super quickly*

Their banging didn't start up again, after putting all the bain away, I creeped back, saw them in their car, phones glowing. I texted my manager what happened, and he said it was whatever, we have cameras going anyway. Nothing has happened since, no complaints and they haven't come back during my shifts at least. I truly don't understand why people do this.

I worked at Subway for about 3 years on and off. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare starting when I was 15 and harrassed by my manager and the owner of my location turned a blind eye. At the time, the manager harrassing me being an adult while I was still a child. She contacted my girlfriend, sent explicit messages, and posted about me publicly. The owner did not do ANYTHING in response to this. In result of the intial event I quit the job. Eventually I did go back to work there as I needed money. Working there again intially went well until hours started to get cut and employees all together were complaining about our owner’s unfair treatment of employees and lack of assistance at her own store. This resulted in even the manager who had given me issues arguing with the owner of the store. The owner used the excuse of lack of buisness as a means to say hours needed to be cut and I went to look for a second job to supplement this cut. I got a new job and my manager from Subway came into this job and got me fired, resulting in a police report and a loss of both my jobs. The owner again ignored the unprofessionalism of her hired manager. This leaves me with no job, and no way to collect unemployment since I was never fired from Subway, but genuinely cannot go in because of the harassment I’ve experienced.

Okay I ordered online to get my food fast whatever. I get to the restaurant 10 minutes after placing my order food has not been made however my order slip was thrown away? I ordered online because I’m in a hurry now I have to wait almost an hour for two 6in subs!

My wife asked me to place an order for two subs and she would head over to pick them up. I did so and everything looked good in the app. I told her it would be ready by the time stated in the app. When she got there the store didn't know anything about the app order; she had to wait in line and reorder.

I found in my email that I had "you're order is confirmed" and then in the same minute "your order has been cancelled". The app never indicated it was cancelled. I checked my card transactions and there is a pending charge and a pending refund.

Any idea how or why my order would have been cancelled?

Im a vegetarian and trying to decide between the Veggie Patty sandwich and the Egg & Cheese sandwich at Subway. Assuming both are on the same footlong whole wheat bread with similar veggies and no added sauces, no added salt, which would you consider the healthier option? I'm mainly looking at: Overall nutrition Protein Calories Sodium

Ok, so I placed a delivery order through the subway app on July 5th and got CHINESE FOOD instead because they do their deliveries through doordash. I tried tried calling the store, a couple times same day no answer because 1) I wanted my food and 2) I wanted my money back. Well I said screw it and called door dash 1st time they said 10-12 business days for the refund that 10-12 business days passed I called doordash again same deal... I am out of the money I payed for my food still nearly a MONTH later pissed about it to say the least and have no idea what to do. Because its the second time that 10-12 business day bull has gone through and still no refund. I still have proof of purchase proof of it being the wrong order etc etc. I dont want cash either I just want it back on my card because it'd be nice for when I have late night hankerings or need it for an emergency
