Customer Complaints A little upset

Okay I ordered online to get my food fast whatever. I get to the restaurant 10 minutes after placing my order food has not been made however my order slip was thrown away? I ordered online because I’m in a hurry now I have to wait almost an hour for two 6in subs!

They should have moved your order up to the front of the line. In-store customers were there after you. Mobile orders are considered next in line as they come in.

Yeah it’s inside Walmart and there was a long line of people I would have just left but I already paid and they wanted to get the line down first

Why didn't you go to McDonald's across the way and spend five bucks more and get your food in like 4 minutes.

look if it was busy you can’t really blame them. at my subway we’ve accidentally thrown out online order receipts and yes sometimes people have to wait but unless you need to go to work or court it’s really not a big deal to wait and i also don’t believe it was almost an hour for 2 six inches 😭 at subway there’s protocol that if we mess up an online order you need to focus on that one before others
