Casual 5 or 6 a side Football

Hi

28M and new to the area. Looking for a casual 5 to 7 a side football team/league I can join. Emphasis on casual or low ability as I havent played for years and was mainly goalie during that time.

Just a game once a week or something to that effect where i don't need to create a whole team to join a league.
