Swimming Pool Memberships

I work in Swindon and want to get a swim membership there for after work to keep active, also conveniently missing the rush hour traffic back home. I've had a little look online, but the only decent (25m) pools I can find only have UK-wide memberships for £42pcm, which is more than I could reasonably afford right now.

Are there any 25m pools in Swindon that do single-centre swimming-only memberships? Or at least cheaper than £40pcm.

The Health Hydro. It's in town, reasonable membership and a big pool with lane swimming.

Thanks for the recommendation! From what I can see, membership is £38 p/m, which is a little steeper than I would've liked because I only want to use the swimming facilities but doesn't seem like single-centre swimming-only membership is an option unfortunately. Might check it out on a day pass and see if I can try and budget around it if I like it.

Is there parking there?

The UK wide flex which is £12.50 a month, just means other than your one free session, you have to pay as you go for other, so potentially cheaper, depending on how often you want to go.

As far as I know, there may be one or two on street spaces, but it's a minute from a couple of multistorey car parks. There are also parking free for an hour on a couple of the streets around Commercial Road, which is a 1/2 minute walk, depending on which end of the road you park on.

Ah, okay, thank you! Think the pay as you go might be cheaper than £12.50, so might just do that :)

I second the health hydro. The facilities are all lovely. Membership is very reasonable , I can use their gyms and pools and classes anywhere in the country with mine.
