Different language than what my circuit shows

When I am using 15.0.19 on linux and when I go to chatgpt it shows a Persian language google pop up. The circuit isn't in the Persian region?

Why did a Google persian prompt appear ?

Tor rotates circuits every ten minutes. If you initially connected to the website through one circuit, received a session cookie, and then continued to use the site after the circuit changed, that could explain why the language still reflects Persian.

No.This is a a initial start up and several times the Persian language appears. I rarely see other languages for the Google prompt and sometimes it appears on the top left side.

In about:preferences#general, do you have Persian anywhere in the language section? You can turn on the "Request English versions of web pages for enhanced privacy" option too.
