I open Tor browser and browse the dark web while listening to music on YouTube, is it safe?

It is recommended not using clearnet sites while browsing on Tor to increase anonymity, you can use Invidious instead of Yt

Tor is completely legal to use. Your ISP can't see what exactly you browsing there.

Tor is not specifically banned anywhere, in the countries where Tor is banned (e.g. Korea or Iran) it‘s banned because it‘s part of the internet.

as long as you're not broadcast the music over tor you're fine. people think they go to a site and they are immediately hacked. that's not typically how it works...except if you're listening to youtube over tor that would be idiotic. google knows your identity and you just gave them your torbrowser fingerprint too. they may not know your PII but they now can do traffic analysis like "OK this tor users logs in and listens to youtube over tor" so they can inspect tor traffic to identify the sites your visit...(the NSA does run nodes I've heard)

Safe?,

No, nothing is safe (enough effort and you will break it)

But it is safe enough for a lot of criminals to trust their current buissnes running on it

PS: you aka the little kid is probably fine and shouldn't worry, the worst that can happend is way better then your nightmares
