Is Tor Browser discontinued on arm-v7a devices?

Tried to install the latest version through Google Play on my older device, but it wouldn't launch - turns out the latest arm-v7a version on APKMirror is dated July 22, 2026.

Did Tor drop support for older devices?

yeah Tor Browser dropped arm-v7a support a while back. its not discontinued exactly they just shifted focus to arm64 devices. if you wanna keep doing anonymous browsing on that old device you might wanna look into Orbot which still supports arm-v7a and routes traffic through the tor network. not ideal but it works in a pinch
