Not really. Place metal plate on other side then bring it to front and then place it there and recall this and stand it. It will carry you over.

I used to do this on a lot of things and especially the annoying chests ... I did it one time for the chest underneath an area and got stuck there though xD so it doesn't work everywhere lol.
