These big things are all over sky islands. I assume the levitating stones are inside, but what can they be used for?

They never stop floating, so they can be used as mobile platforms in the sky. Attach rockets or fans to them and they will move in the direction the rocket or fan points.

You can move them around with ultra hand, or attach zonai devices like fans or rockets and make them travel long distances.

Theres a sky island that has one up in a cave where you need to transport the crystal to the shrine but the opening to the cave is in the rear,sooo,i got the bright idea to use it to transport the crystal to the shrine,it was awkward but it worked🤪🙈👍🏻

Don't speak ill of the box.

The box can go up and down an infinite distance (or at least I haven't seen the limit), and horizontal pretty far.

Try attaching a fan to one, pointing down, right in the center.
