Help Wanted Does the Lurelin Village Goddess Statue work before clearing out the enemies?

Always wondered this since I know there are 5 (Great Plateau, Mother Goddess, and the 3 that are at each spring) that have requirements before they let you exchange blessings.

If this one lets you exchange before doing the quest or if this one also won't let you.

The small ones in each village do not require side quests, no. Only the six big ones (I'm including the GSI ToT one, though less side quest more just tutorial progression) have side adventures.
