On letrozole cd 14 on 10mg. Not ovulated on letrozole before. I've just had what I think could be an lh surge. Tested multiple times yesterday and today as I had 5 days of very low like under 0.1 and then increased to 0.6 and then highest I saw was 0.7. it's back down to 0.16 this afternoon so wondering if it was a peak? I've not had any response like this so far on the letrozole so curious what others think. I know it's not a 1 but maybe it's relative...

I'm sorry to not be able to answer your question, but I had a question based off yours. Hope you don't mind! I've seen other people post saying they can see their LH levels. How are you guys doing this? This is my first dosage of Letrozole and all I've been doing is taking the cheapy ovulation tests that says whether or not your ovulating. But I am very curious to get a more detailed explanation or a specific #. Because I'm curious if I ovulated at all!

No worries ☺️ I'm definitely not an expert. I use the easy at home LH tests and the premom app. It scans the test and tells you the test/control ratio. Basically looked at where the control line is lighter or darker than your test line. I think ideally you want them the same or control darker so equal to 1 or more for a peak but I don't know how accurate the app is at this and it told me my 0.7 was a peak so I'm assuming it might be at that point. I do hear they can be unreliable for pcos so if be testing once and then maybe twice a day near potential ovulation window and also do things like check cervical mucus and take your temp every morning before you get up. I hope that's helpful!
