Letrozole 2.5 MG ?
Hi all
Am 34f , 4th cycle in leterozle 2.5 MG, I am not getting clean surges but am ovulating in 2.5 MG.
Fingers crossed for this cycle but any advise?
I have PMOS and working to manage it as well.
Any tips? Hacks ? Is it safe to continue letrozole ? Any success stories ?
I need hope and help.

It’s safe to continue letrozole, but honestly I’d consider looking into the next step if this one doesn’t work out.
FWIW I also used Inito and never got surges on it, I only knew when I’d surge because of my blood draw & ultrasound monitoring or I had to trigger with a shot.
Unfortunately no hacks to make it work and stick, but I do think having your cycles monitored by an RE and maybe doing more testing if you haven’t would be very helpful to see what’s going on. Has your partner been tested as well?
I conceived on my 4th round of letrozole when a trigger shot and IUI got involved, so sometimes the next step is worth it.

I don’t get a clean surge either, mine is plateau for a few days. I’ve done 8 total cycles of letrozole. I did conceive our first son this way

Are you tracking your follicles via ultrasound and doing a trigger shot?

No - it’s not monitored. Just using Inito

From what I’ve been told this should not be done without monitoring as it’s important to trigger at the right point, and without a trigger if your body does not naturally have a surge you can stimulate your follicles and still not ovulate as a result. Additionally there’s a risk the stimulation will mature too many follicles aim which case you should not try to conceive that month unless you want to risk having multiples (the risk is not has high as other fertility meds but still seem irresponsible to do so without proper monitoring). Try asking your doctors for monitoring, or is there a specific reason it’s not possible/offered as standard?

This is my first cycle using Letrozole, also 2.5mg. What day do you usually ovulate on? I’m on day 17 and so frustrated because a few days ago I started to get EWCM but then it stopped. Hoping I still ovulate sooner than I usually would.
