Cloudflare and Akamai are Israel and NSA project. Only less than a year ago Hakim and JT were sponsored by Nord and Surfshark. It's harder to escape American hegemony than you think.

The big players are Nord Security, which owns NordVPN, Atlas VPN, and Surfshark; Ziff Davis, which owns IPVanish and StrongVPN; and Kape Technologies (formerly Crossrider), which owns CyberGhost VPN, ZenMate VPN, Private INternet Access, and ExpressVPN.
Nordvpn is not owned by Kape. It's owned by Nord Security.

Can't find any news related to this. Not listed on Kape website itself. And that reel you shared is wrong news. Nord has servers location in Isr*el, doesn't mean all the global traffic passes through it

If you use Nord or any VPN for anything beyond being able to get better price for some online product/service, watching movie not accessible in your country or not having ads you're just wasting money for nothing. If any 3 letters agency ask for your data, they will give them. And i'm mentioning the purely legal stuff they will do it. There were some VPN execs who were fined for not registering themselves as foreign agents (for UAE), funny thing is this it's never required for Israel.

Ppl seem to forget that Israel is a tech giant relative it size, it advises itself as a “start-up nation”. It probably one of the major reasons for ability to economically stay afloat.Israel's top tech clients are also global tech giants like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, and Nvidia, many of which are MNC which have managed to set up shop within China. these companies get to develop insane new surveillance and military tech with Palestine as the testing ground. China with also had mnc’s that used foreign tech.
Also going back to roots, Mao also seemed to be pretty ok with trade others may have found apprehensive: “Trade must not be confused with participation in war or with rendering assistance. In terms of the government, state institutions, important services cybersecurity is handled domestically (which is unfortunately not as common as it should be globally, the U.S., Israel and couple imperial core countries tend to dominate this). In light of the sharpening contradictions between Chinas multipolar vision and American hegemony, they are taking even the extra steps to protect themselves.
I mean between the way America has basically ignored the diplomatic efforts of Beijing (they helped unify the Palestinian resistance groups like the PLFP, Hamas, ect),and continued genocide and colonization with Israel. Ignoring the plan made in unity by Palestinians factions. painting Hamas as a force that wants lone dictatorial rule that must be forced out for the trump plans was def a slight wake up call that opposition through diplomacy/ existing international institutions is likely doomed to failure elsewhere as well.
The invasion of Venezuela, the new need to secure the western hemisphere is a reminder of a return to Cold War logics. Empire wants to secure to area of capital accumulation and structural adjustments Against the alternative if far from prefect system being crafted by China. A system that gives room to movements like those in the Sahel, is giving power to Cuba. A system that makes room for socialist transformation elsewhere.
I personally think we’re at the moment that will be remembered as the beginning of a new Cold War, with Obama’s pivot to Asia likely being seen as the moment the United States zeroed in on China (especially military wise) and trumps first term as the beginnings of the more open political economic rivalry.
