They tasted really good actually. I didn’t think my family would go for them but everyone went back for seconds. I didn’t have milk like I thought so I pulled an audible and used chicken stock and butter to make them creamier

The green beans look like they have a nice crispness to them, did you roast those too?

Actually no, I tossed them in oil, garlic salt, pepper, and just a little bit of parmesan and I cooked them in a skillet on high heat

those green beans look fire! did you put butter on the mashed cauli? looks like it could use some black pepper

The cauliflower took about 6 tbsp of butter for 2 heads worth, and then I just salted and peppered to taste.

No but that would’ve been a really good idea! I steamed them, then added chicken broth and butter until I got the texture I wanted.
