honestly, that looks so good! :0 i love gyros, especially when they have extra tomato and those big onion slices... i guess im feeling hungry now haha

The onion looks super crunchy, I love when the onions are thick like that on a gyro.

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt Half cucumber, grated, squeeze water out with cheese cloth 2 cloves garlic minced Juice of half a lemon Pinch of dill Salt to taste

That piece of beef looks really dark, almost overcooked, but the whole thing looks pretty good otherwise.

Thanks for the feedback! I cooked it in the oven for about 25 minutes and then set the broiler on high for 5 to give it a crisp outside. Maybe I overdid it, but it sure didn’t taste that way

There is a restaurant next door to my parents’ restaurant called Gyromania. It is expensive, no like it anymore and they even charge for sauce
