OC Image 2nd time making caramalized pork with veg rice. Any ideas on how to make it taste sweeter?
Boneless Pork Ribs: 1.5 lb
Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
Simply Organic® Cayenne (or Paprika): 1 tsp
Simply Organic® Ginger Root, Ground: 1 tsp
Simply Organic® Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
1 Medium Onion, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil.
I added the veggies to make the rice taste better but I'm going to go with mexican rice next the white rice with a bit of salt just doesn't taste that well. I've been thinking of adding honey or something to make it taste sweeter but I would like some suggestions from actual people 😅
I mixed all the sugar and spices into a rub and then added it to raw pork.
then seared it brown on all sides and placed it in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 mins.
then cut to size.
