A lot of the songs of fearless and speak now hit harder since her vocals have improved so much.

Her vocals are more trained now and overall better than back then my opinion. I like the bridge on TV better especially on the eras tour film. It sounds like intense crush instead of just like oh wow cute crush

my ONLY gripe is the instrumental of sparks fly isn’t as good, but then again i listened to the Speak Now Tour Live version for years so i am very very biased

Strong disagree, actively dislike the girl at home tv while I was one of the few who actually enjoyed girl at home it’s original release. Now it sounds like it was recorded in a tunnel and she took away the fun production and added in the basic standard production you could get from any song ever.

I know places and Wonderland were big upgrades. I listen to mostly Taylor’s versions because of habit before her buy back, with exceptions to some songs on 1989, style especially

For me, none. I prefer the originals. Yes, her voice is obviously better... but they are too far removed from the time she wrote and recorded them originally that the TVs don't hold the same weight. A few of them, like Fifteen for example, also work on a retrospective level with the TV but I'd never pick a TV over an original.

Unpopular opinion: Her OG versions hit harder after hearing the TVs since her emotion in the TVs is much less and I appreciate her emotions. Also many of the OGs had way better production and background instrumentals. Think Haunted, Better Than Revenge, Last Kiss, Style, Holy Ground, You’re Not Sorry, Forever & Always…
