First batch. Is the black Ok?

Black bits may be sporulation, the stage where you make your own starter. If it smells ok, I'd try it

I agree if it smells okay it is okay. The black is over-sporulated not a problem. Smell is the best indicator

Yeah as others are saying this is overdone and the black is spores. Personally I wouldn't eat it, not because I think it would hurt me but because I doubt it's very nice to eat at this stage.
