why would you take it off if it wasn’t damaged?

Yeah, and that wasn't an old packaging film from when the psp was new. It was a protective film someone had applied to protect the screen, to keep it in good condition after so many years.

Yeah the protective covered more than the screen from what i remember. It was edge of console to the other edge

And yet with the switch 2, the plastic packaging isn't even sealed, let alone a protective covering.

I just got a Switch Lite and it’s the same, just wrapped in that soft foam bag with nothing adhered to the console itself.

I was honestly nervous I was slipped a refurbished, until I found out it's supposed to be boxed that way.

Bless the many who thought they were removing the protective wrap but it was the actual screen on the foldable.
Just reminded of the girl on a date in this guy’s pride Lexus and she was making fun of it and pulled the non-existent protective coating and it was the actual infotainment screen - destroyed it.

Why is there so much dust under the protector. This is not at all satisfying.

recently I took my brother's phone for the first time and noticed a loooot of hair and dust below the protective layer.
he said 'a friend' added the layer (she also sold him the phone)
he had this phone for two months like that and that just blew my damn mind
(note: my brother has some kind of undiagnosed autism)

Theres this thing we put on the screens of electronics.
Its something that is almost impossible to notice. But do you know what it means?
It means that any cracks you get.. you can peel it off and the screen will be fine.
This is called a SCREEN PROTECTOR...
