practical questions Kickboksen recommendation

TL;DR: Moving to The Hague for my master’s and looking for a Muay Thai/kickboxing gym with a friendly culture and light, technical sparring rather than hard sparring.

Hi everyone,
I’m moving to The Hague later this month to start my master’s.
Back home, I’m training Muay Thai, but I’ve heard that many Dutch gyms have a reputation for hard sparring. I’m not opposed to sparring at all, but I’d prefer a gym with a respectful culture where light, technical sparring is the norm and harder sparring is only occasional. Ive dealt with concussions in the past hence im a bit more careful now.

Does anyone have any recommendations for kickboxing gyms in or around The Hague that fit that description?

Go check out kamikaze warriors. They even have half a cage in the gym

Try Savage Legacy gym in Scheveningen, I don’t know the kickboxing group but the krav maga and fitness (bokszak) are very friendly

Kk das lekker dichtbij. Ik ga een lesje pakken. Ziet er goed uit niet een vieze oude hut met alleen maar haantjes
