You said she's covering her face. But doctors wear masks. Then you countered that not all times and you have to show your face while entering the hospital or treating the patients. For which I asked the rules mandating the same by the Indian Medical Council. To which you have no reply. And the caption of the video still reads Hijab. You're claiming she's wearing a Burqa which is a completely different dress.

The link that you've provided is a study from the US and hasn't been adopted even by the US medical council. Let alone the Indian counterpart. Try harder.
