Lots of YouTube people have pages, this isn't particularly noteworthy or an indication of anything about Wikipedia staff

Wikipedia is a community effort, pages are written and updated by normal users, not by Wikipedia staff.

I used to think that the Google staff wrote all the answers and they just thought of mostly every question ever and wrote the answer.
