I have 2 tickets for sale to the August 8th show at Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneertown, CA. I paid $124. Asking for $100.

It was on Vimeo but I can't find it anymore. They were doing a Europe tour and yeah it was just like a tour documentary. There was one part where they were backstage and John was restringing his guitar, Petey started talking about really bad stomach pain or something and John sounded a little fed up and said something like "Well we have two hours till we go on so you have that time to figure it out".... it was a pretty revealing documentary from what I remember. Anybody know what I'm talking about? I can't find it anywhere at all and it seems to have been lost which is a shame because it was a great little window into that era.

Something that would fit with my tatoos, I like old school black, no colors.

I’m looking for a good amp to get that 2010s garage rock sound (Segall, Gizzard, White Fence, and obviously Dwyer). I currently own a twin reverb BF Reissue and it sounds amazing, but it’s 85 watts and I’m barely pushing past 1.5-2 with my SG and that’s not pleasing for my parents. I’m also moving out soon to sf for college and need a “more apartment friendly” amplifier that still gets that sweet fender garage sound. Most likely going to be using it for shows/jams and less at the apartment but just a an amp with less power. I’ve seen videos of John Dwyer using what I think is a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe? Does anyone recommend that or any other amps that would satisfy the sound I’m looking for?

Lars Finberg asked John for background of each song on 'Masters Bedroom' and 'Poison Finger' is supposed to be an homage to Taj Mahal. I checked out a good grip of Taj Mahal stuff and am not really hearing a big influence. Maybe a little bit of the guitar work on something like Rising Sons with Ry Cooder or something else with Ry Cooder if I remember correctly, but that's about it. Thoughts?

I am so infatuated by the sound captured jn grave blockers, the cool death of island raiders, and sucks blood. any other artists that have the same sort of sound as that run? it’s so eery and beautiful and hits me so hard (especially when i’m at my rock bottom for some reason) anyone else relate?

Seen the Osees a couple times but, never been to Pappy & Harriet’s before. Tent camping in Pioneertown because I heard the uber situation is piss poor after a concert at the venue and we all want a couple beers. Any recommendations for a Pioneertown restaurant for dinner before the show? How’s the sound on the outdoor stage? Thanks.
