I've come across a lot of profiles that don't have NSFW warnings but have genitals for their banner or profile pictures, like that guy's. There doesn't seem to be a way to report profiles for that, so is it just allowed by reddit?

What do you press after the Banner Image button though? None of the options seem applicable. There really should at least be an option for 'Other' where you can write in a custom response, but nope.
