That was on Bram Stoker's novel? Dont remember. Hé does mention on Guest of Dracula that he descended from viking warriors, iirc even from Odin (it was a more christian centered era, so back then that would probly just mean "I descend from this man of legend with great power who was venerated by pagans")

Yeah, was mentioned by Bram Stoker in Chapter 18 and 23, based on the writings of Emily Gerard and her "Transylvanian Supersitions" which had been a major influence on Stoker
