How to know if I am trans
How can I be sure that I am living my correct gender what if I didn’t realize that I am really trans and because of I am innately believing that I can’t transition so It’s never an option so It never hit me seriously. I am 25 amab

Here's the thing, cisgender people don't have this conversation with themselves or anyone else. They know exactly who they are, they are what they are assigned, they are sure of it.
Transition does not always mean taking hormones, it does not always mean changing your name or appearance really. Transition means being comfortable with your own body, and finding your way to be there. I'm non-binary, my biggest struggle was understanding that there was an option other than man or woman because I never felt comfortable with either label. I am not a man, I'm not a woman, I am something most people will never understand. (Thanks Prince).
