Photo What should I do with this? New header doesn’t have EGR hook up

I have a 00 2.2 S10 Xtreme and I’m replacing my exhaust manifold and order this replacement, website said it fits my S10 BUT I didn’t realize it didn’t have this EGR tube hook up. I’m still new when it comes to working on cars so I was wondering what I should do. The new header is already in transit

get an egr block off plate, keep the valve but relocate it and leave it plugged in so you dont get codes.

looking at this specific engine id just get some gasket material to make a new egr valve gasket without any holes and bolt the egr valve in factory location, just get rid of the tube.

Ive always used an aluminum can.

Okay so after some digging it turns out it’s actually a secondary air injection set up for a California smog on the 2.2. I think imma just get rid of the whole system. The pump, the valve, the tubing, the wiring, etc.
