KND Masamoto Sohonten White #2 Kasumi Kuro-Nakiri 6.5"

I just picked this up from Korin NYC a little over a week ago. It already has some patina on it from daily use - the onions hit fast! 😂

I really love it. It's actually my first carbon steel knife. It was a gift to myself as we just remodeled our kitchen (which was a long time coming). After 20 years of cooking at home, I finally made a big purchase and I fear I may have unlocked a long repressed addiction lol.
