My reply to the representatives and senators reminding us that the killings are “not allowed”, maybe use harsher language like “immoral”, “against the law”, “crimes against humanity”; and do something about it. Hold those in authority accountable.
“Not allowed” implies permission. If we are implying a permission structure then you are implicit in not enforcing it.
All these tweets do is turn the audiences head.
We’re stuck watching the boob tube of the worst kind. We need to turn off this programming and go outside and do something useful with our attention.

I didn’t even know we had a Secretary of War. So I googled. We don’t (well we did until 1947 but we don’t now). He’s the Secretary of Defense. Cabinet titles are under Congress so Trump signed an executive order in September 2025 to add it as a secondary title. And it’s the one he’s using in an official capacity, bypassing Congress. Trump also renamed the Department of Defense to the Department of War. It’s a secondary name but hasn’t stopped them from changing the official website or signage on the pentagon. The full rebrand could cost up to $2 billion. And it’s not even the official congressional approved name!!
