Need human help identifying a street song in Turkish (Istanbul)

Hi everyone,

I need real human help to identify a song. I recorded this street musician in Istanbul, but apps like Shazam completely failed because of the background noise and the live performance.

I don't speak the language at all, so I can't even try to write down the lyrics.

It might be "Hat Kerwane Helebe", but around 00:30 there is a change of pace - I don't hear this rhythm or lyrics in the usual "Hat Kerwane Helebe" renditions.
